Today I am very pleased to unveil a small range of new cheeses with immediate availability. In recognition of the quality and variety of Spanish cheeses available beyond the classic Manchego, we now have products from all over Spain, including a smoked 'Tetilla' from Galicia, a cream of blue Valdeon cheese from the Picos de Europa, a really 'old' sheeps milk cheese from Leon and an unpasteurised mixed milk cheese which was a prizewinner in 2008. In addition, we have a new Manchego which is guaranteed to get fans mouths watering. Enjoy!
